 DOWNTOWN REDEVELOPMENT
& HISTORIC PRESERVATION

Downtown Ontario is being re-imagined and revitalized!

Family friendly, safe, and fun attractions for residents and visitors of all ages are in the works.

Soon you will see mixed-use buildings with residential over retail and restaurants. Everyone will enjoy a variety of upscale dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

In conjunction, the City is committed to maintaining  Ontario's rich and beautiful history that must be preserved and celebrated as we  engage in revitalization of our historic districts.

HOMELESSNESS

As a City, we must provide solutions for those living on our streets to be safely housed with respect and dignity.

Homelessness can be reduced with the resources we currently available to us.

Our Homeless Task Force comprised of a newly hired social worker, as well as specially trained officers who work closely with community members to outreach and respond as needed.

The County of San Bernardino is a partner in assisting with programs  for homeless veterans and those with medical or mental issues.

CRIME PREVENTION
& PUBLIC SAFETY

As a retired police officer, Alan understands from first hand experience the importance of safe streets & neighborhoods.

He remains committed to policies that strengthen crime prevention programs.

While a police officer, Alan was instrumental in implementing over 1,000 neighborhood watch groups and this partnership with the police department  helped to create a reduction in crime.

Supporting Ontario's first responders, fire fighters, and police officers is of utmost importance.
